Songstress Gwen Stefani recently talked with Australia's Daily Telegraph about her son Kingston James McGregor, her music and her tour. The american performer says she is suprised by all the attention she gets of being part of the 2006 celebrity baby boom, that includes:Gwyneth Paltrow, Angelina Jolie, Katie Holmes, Brooke Shields and herself. "I have to say, people were more interested in me having a baby, than any record or anything I've ever done in my whole entire life. I was in the celebrity baby boom! That was weird. It's not like we called each other and said, ‘OK, we're going to have sex now and have a baby.’ It was almost embarrassing. ‘Oh my God, that person is having a baby now, too?’ Gwen herself takes care of her 11-months baby, "I'm not giving him away to a nanny full-time. He’s been with me every day and every night since he was born".
